Why Dump Trumpet?
There are a lot of link sites out there but Dump Trumpet is there to provide regular, interesting and fun sites without the usual smut. Hey, we like smut too but there are plenty of places to find that.

What does Dump Trumpet Mean?
It's a slang term for the arse. Okay?

Why should I join Dump Trumpet ?
By joining Dump Trumpet you are able to submit links to the site.

I have just installed this Application via Facebook, but now I have to signup with Dump Trumpet, Why?
Dump Trumpet is an external website and because we accept links which could be objectionable we need a method to prevent these links from getting on to our site.  Therefore we require for the moment that you sign up until we have found a suitable method.  Once signed up via either our main site or via Facebook, you can use both sites to access your members area features.

How do I submit a link?
Click, wait for it, "Submit a link" in the top menu. Then fill out the submission page and submit. We will check them and post them and credit you with the find. You can submit anything except pornography. Spam is acceptable if it's actually entertaining. We are also looking for co-editors so contact us if you are interested.

What are FRIENDS OF TRUMPET?
We don't post sites we don't like so a click on any of these will be an enjoyable experience. If you want a reciprocal link then e-mail us.

What's the number to the bottom right of the sunglasses?
That's the link count. It's how many links Dump Trumpet has brought you since it started on 12th August 2006.

What's the number in the brackets beside a members/my username?
That's a counter showing how many approved links have been submitted by that member.

What's the number in the brackets within the link boxes? i.e. (123 clicks)
That's a counter, this shows the number of clicks that have been made on that link.

Why have I not received any email from Dump Trumpet ? or
I can not log-in or I have forgotten my password.
Should this email not get to you, you can request it again by clicking the 'Register/Log-in' link and then the 'Forgot Password' link and entering your username then click 'Retrieve Password' button, the email will be resent to you.  If you have any problems with this, please use the 'Email us' link and supply us with your email and username, we will check your details and send you your password in our reply.
Some members whose use HOTMAIL or GMAIL and YAHOO might not get our emails, if you face this issue, please add our default email address to your allowed list

Can I change my password?
Once you log in you will see a second menu just below the first main Dump Trumpet menu, use the 'Your settings' link is in this menu.

How do I add my site to your list of Trumpet Associates or the Friends of Trumpet?
Please use the Contact Us page to request more information regarding this.

What is the URL format I need to use to have my site submit a link directly to your site using the 'Submit To...' feature?
Please follow the URL format below to allow our site to recognise the details you are trying to send to our site.
